COLLAGE RULES (2ND SEMESTER)

1. A team can have maximum of TWO participants.
2. Topic will be given on spot.
3. Time duration of 2 hours 30 minutes will be provided.
4. Collage should be prepared from waste available material in and around the college campus.
5. Judges decision will be final, and is based on creativity and way of presentation.
