PAPER PRESENTATION RULES

1. Number of authors per paper : Maximum Four + 1 Guide
2. Number of participants allowed for presentation : 2
3. General description: 8+2 min.
4. Topics have to chosen based on emerging trends in the respective Branches.
5. Soft copy of the paper must be sent in IEEE format to

6. Last date for full length paper submission (soft copy) on or before 15/04/2019 (Both pdf and word format).
7. Intimation of Acceptance of Paper is 20/04/2019.
8. This event is exclusively for 8th semester students.
9. Participation certificates will be given to registered participants +1Guide certificate.
10. Laptop and projector facility will be provided, participants just have to bring their soft copy of PPT without fail.
11. Two hard copies of the paper should be submitted before the presentation compulsorily.
12. Judges decision will be the final decision.
13. Best paper will be awarded with certificate and cash prize.
