PAPER PRESENTATION (Rules)

1. Number of authors per paper: 4(maximum) + 1 Guide.
2. Number of participants allowed for presentation : 2.
3. General description: 8+2min for presentation.
4. Topic based on emerging trends.
5. Soft copy of the paper must be sent in prescribed format to:

   Example: CSE/B.C.E/Efficient Routing Protocolin Ad-Hoc Network.

6. Registration amount is Rs.350/- for single event and Rs.400/- for more than one events.
7. Last date for full length paper submission (soft copy) on or before 23/04/2018 (Both pdf and word format).
8. Intimation of Acceptance of Paper is 24/04/2018.
9. If participants failed to furnish any details will be rejected.
10. Participation certificates will be given to registered participants +1 Guide certificates.
11. Laptop and projector facility will be provided; participants just have to bring their soft copy of PPT without fail.
12. Two hard copies of the paper should be submitted before the presentation compulsorily.
13. Judges decision will be the final decision
14. Best paper will be awarded with prize amount.
